Watch the GGF Skilled Pathways Scheme Webinar

The skills shortage has been a hot topic as of recently, and we as an industry are constantly trying to navigate retaining our top talents, whilst also trying to attract new and fresh talent.

Last week, we hosted a webinar that explained the ins and outs of the scheme, and how it can help to bridge the skills gap we’re facing. If you are interested in what we had to say about the Skilled Pathways Scheme and would like to know more, you’re able to view the webinar below.

Knowing that the government’s estimated Net Zero targets for 2050 requires an estimated 500,000 additional skilled workers across the construction sector, the GGF Skilled Pathways Scheme was launched in September 2021 to help companies recruit, train and attract the next generation of talent into the industry.

The GGF are working in partnership with Total Support Training and GQA Qualifications, meaning the Skilled Pathways Scheme is unlike any other. The aim of the scheme is to encourage GGF members to take on trainees, and to ensure they are trained and qualified to a level that makes them a valuable asset to the business.

To apply for the scheme, Members are invited to contact their GGF Regional Manager, email membership@ggf.org.uk or complete the GGF Skilled Pathways Scheme Enquiry Form via the button below, and we’ll contact you with further details.
