Hazlemere Secure Two Prestigious REHAU Projects

Hazlemere Commercial were awarded a substantial refurbishment contract approaching £3/4m with Mears Group for an Octavia Housing window & door replacement scheme via pre-agreed schedule of rates as part of the LHC A6 Framework Agreement. The REHAU replacement UPVC window products being used on this project by Hazlemere Window Company Ltd are their Heritage Vertical sliding sash window system and their Total 70 casement window system.
Mears selected GGF Members Hazlemere Commercial as their partner for this second Phase of this Octavia Housing refurbishment project in West London. Hazlemere will be supplying & fitting £725K of bespoke double glazed, which primarily involves using REHAU UPVC vertical sliding sash aluminium windows & also UPVC casement windows.

In addition main contractors Quill have recently awarded Hazlemere Commercial a £85K replacement window contract to supply & fit REHAU Total 70 double glazed UPVC casement windows at Seacole Close, London W3.

In both cases, Hazlemere Commercial are responsible for surveying the existing apertures and take ultimate responsibility for getting the fabrication sizes and designs 100% correct, and of course carrying out a high quality installation
