Mann McGowan Seals in Corn Exchange

Mann McGowan Intumescent Technology

The Corn Exchange is the impressive Grade II listed building situated in the heart of Manchester’s city centre. The building stands on Exchange Square and boasts an impressive facade overlooking the bustling city. The redevelopment of the Corn Exchange is being undertaken by Interserve, the contractor will turn the building into spaces for 15 dining restaurants including Restaurant Bar & Grill, Wahaca, Pho, Vapiano, Pizza Express, Zizzi, Tampopo, and Salvis. The building will also boast a new 90 bedroom boutique hotel. Mann McGowan intumescent seals have been fitted to a number of fire resisting doors throughout the development. These seals have been used by our client European Doorsets, who were selected by the main contractor to supply the fire resisting doors to the project.
