Health and Safety (HSE) to Visit UK Construction Sites
From September and into October, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) will be turning up at construction sites across the UK to check that manual handling risks are dealt with properly.
We learnt that over the past couple of years, an estimated 42,000 construction workers reported suffering from a work-related musculoskeletal disorder and 7.3 million working days were lost.
So, make sure you’re keeping your people safe and you’re ready for when an inspector visits your site, with a free manual handling checklist from Citation’s Health & Safety experts 👉 https://bit.ly/3PnMVk2
You can also visit the GGF Training Academy to sign up for our Glass Manual Handling training course that’s specifically designed for anyone involved in the manual handling of glass. We aim to help identify the risks involved in glass manual handling and in turn, how to safely carry out the movement of glass.
