Having problems with the new GGF website?

Last summer the GGF launched this new website. It involved the transfer of over 18,000 files and a complete re-design to enable the site to work on all mobile devices and to communicate to you easier, quicker and more effectively than ever before.

However, we have received some issues from Members regarding parts of the site that aren’t performing as well as they should and in some cases aren’t working at all.

We are pleased to inform you that we now have an online tool for all Members to directly connect with our web development company.
The new help function is powered by Usersnap and is called “Feedback”. allowing you to enter your email and your message directly through to our web team who will do the rest and resolve your issue as quickly as possible

What’s the Feedback function and how does it help?
It allows you to directly communicate and illustrate your problem with the web team who will get in touch and sort out your issue directly with you.

Where do I find Feedback/help?
It’s a blue button on the bottom right hand corner of every page and is tagged “Feedback”.

How do I use it?
Simply fill in your message and email address and our web team will do the rest.

This new function has been created to resolve any issues you have with the GGF website.
We welcome your feedback to help us improve the site for your benefit.
