GGF revises Model Terms and Conditions of Contract

The GGF has revised its Model Terms and Conditions of Contract to reflect the decision by the Board of GGF Fund Ltd to close the GGF Deposit Indemnity Fund to new business. 

Many companies use the GGF’s Model Terms and Conditions as a template to help form their contracts.
