Commercial Project Manager - Purpose of the Role: Manage the installation process and installers to ensure that commercial projects are completed to an excellent level of customer services. To control customer debts and keep debtors list to an acceptable minimum. Commercial Project Manager - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - To manage all installers to undertake installations within the KPIs set and agreed with the Line Manager. - Manage a team of Installers and any other resources required for the effective and efficient running of the department. Manage self-employed contractual obligations and enforce and monitor KPI’s for all staff within the installation system - Provide accurate, regular and timely management information on customer records, completed installations and customer debtors - Set communicated targets with the Installers and other members of the Commercial department - Communicate and update all customers at point of Installation until completion and maintain excellent customer services - Carry out any other duties that may be deemed necessary for the completion of the works by the company and/or the line manager - Ensure that all customer contractual obligations are met - Enforce and monitor all Health and Safety aspects on site and within the team, ensure all relevant training is up to date for all Installation staff - Deal with and resolve or delegate any on site issue as they arise - Monitor and arrange as applicable relevant training to enable installer to carry out installations works - Raise, monitor, action and report on Non-conformances as necessary. Commercial Project Manager – Essential Experience: - CSCS card holder - SMSTS Qualified - Strong organisational and planning skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as a part of a team - A strong people Manager with excellent communication skills and influencing skills - A strong customer focus both for internal and external customers - A positive can do attitude - Intermediate experience and knowledge of Microsoft office - Contractual and Health and Safety knowledge In return we offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, health cash plan, pension, plus other employee benefits. Hazlemere Windows seek to appoint a double glazing surveyor

Salary: Competitive Job Type: Permanent Role: This highly responsible senior role is to carry out post-order on site surveys for Hazlemere's Conservatory Department to facilitate manufacture and installation of aluminium and UPVC double glazed conservatories, orangeries, new living spaces, roof lantern lights and porches etc. The job entails producing all necessary drawings, accurate dimensions, designs, forms required for both production and planning and/or Building Regulations, including applying and obtaining written permission from the relevant local authority for all planning/building regulations approvals required by each particular local planning department and/or Building Control department. The successful candidate will also be expected to deal with any appeals and conservation/A.N.O.B. or Listed Building issues to ensure that each and every structure is fully compliant with all legislation. Surveys will primarily be in South Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, but also the neighbouring parts of Berkshire, South Bedfordshire, Middlesex, North Surrey and East Oxfordshire. You will operate from Hazlemere’s 56,000 sq. ft. head office, factory and showroom premises in High Wycombe, Bucks. Desired Skills and Experience: Previous experience surveying conservatories essential, ideally in both aluminium and UPVC. The successful applicant will be well versed in current planning and Building Regulations relating to replacement and new conservatory and orangery structures. Ideally previous experience in surveying for the production of bespoke aluminium and/or UPVC windows and doors. A working knowledge of First Degree Systems, Sage, Roofwright, Word, Outlook etc. would be beneficial. Training will be provided in any area where required. The successful applicant will be a highly dedicated and responsible individual who is extremely thorough and methodical, with the appropriate previous experience in the double glazing industry.
