MASTERFRAME AND TIMBERWELD® IMPRESS AT FIT SHOW 2019

It was a resounding success for sash window specialist Masterframe Windows who shared a stand with Timberweld at FIT Show 2019. Masterframe have the exclusive licence to manufacture sash windows using this patented technology which creates perfect corners inside and out. 

Visitors to the eye catching show stand were treated to some top class hospitality with a GIN Night on the first evening and refreshments throughout the show. 

Carol Slade, Managing Director of Masterframe said “This year, the theme of our show stand was focussed on hospitality.  Our aim was to provide our visitors with a welcoming space to take their time and be introduced to all out products, as well as to gain a thorough understanding of Timberweld technology.  We hve a new specification launching for trade and commercial customers and it was the perfect opportunity to present this along with four new brochures.

Carol continues “From a Masterframe perspective, we were proud to have our unique London Sash and Frame window on display, along with a Smart Sash Window and a Concept Window.  The Smart Window operated by an app, alerts homeowners to open or closed windows remotely and has an alarm facility which would engage on impact.  All windows would be barcoded and named and can be linked to a home hub. 

The concept window was also on display and attracted much interest.  The vacuum glass has the authentic appearance of a single piece of glass and has a U-value of circa 0.8 as opposed to 5.8. This is an exciting development which will be very well received by Conservation Offices.”
