Please contact GGF Training directly providing details of your complaint or query to email@example.com and the GGF Training team will endeavour to resolve the matter for you.
If it has not been possible to resolve the issue at this stage, GGF Training will provide you with details of who to contact in order to pursue the matter further in line with our company complaints procedures.
If, following further investigation, you are still unsatisfied with the outcome, you will be provided with details of GGF Training’s ADR provider who will able to provide alternative dispute resolution through independent mediation or arbitration.

By law we are required to inform you that TrustMark provides an alternative dispute resolution service that would be competent to deal with your dispute.
