Building Over Private Drains 01/01/1970

Description:

As a result of the change of ownership of private sewers, many GGF members who manufacture, supply and install conservatories have found consumers are being caused significant expense, distress and inconvenience. The change is also hindering the Governments aim to give households greater freedom to extend properties without the need for planning permission.

The GGF has been campaigning tirelessly for the past 2 years to see all water companies agree to sign up to a Code of Practice which will provide clarity and certainty for householders and businesses.
